Beth’s professional creative workshops are fully designed and developed, having partnered with corporations, small businesses, and assisted-living facilities. At the end of the workshop your entire team will have contributed to a team song which will be performed and recorded for you.

Background

Mental Health Professional

Beth has a professional background in the Mental Health field as an MSW and licensed clinical social worker. She weaves proven healing interventions into her workshops, events, and songwriting practices.

Musician

Specializing in solo guitar and vocal sets utilizing looped percussion, harmonies, and synth/keyboard, Beth's performances are versatile enough to add the perfect amount of background ambiance to an event, or keep the crowd engaged as a center stage act.

Bandmate

Beth is a part of the unique, Grammy-nominated indie folk band How's About Charlie, a group known for tight harmonies, soul gripping lyrics, and energetic yet soothing vibes. Catch them playing throughout New England and beyond!

Facilitator

Beginning as an LGBT safe-space facilitator in 2009, Beth has been a professional facilitator and educator in the realms of expressive arts, mental health advocacy, LGBT rights, and trauma-informed practices for over a 15 years.
